TPR is a start-up that provides coaching programs curated for product managers and companies.
I joined TPR in the early phases of discovery to support their research for UX, stategy and creative direction. The intent was to test our proposition with a focus on launching the MVP.
At TPR, I designed the website, delivered the company's first brand identity, and rolled it out to all business templates and digital collaterals.
a change of scope
After months dedicated to discovery and user research, our data suggested an alternative business model, one much more feasible to begin with. Although our user insights showed a lot of interest in coaching, leadership teams and seniors proved to be much more curious about one potential offering: teaching product coaching to PMs so they could coach their pipeline.
That is what has informed today’s TPR main business model, the first step in building the founder’s vision for a more effective upskill process in the product space.
